Shipping Rates
We have special arrangements with our freight carriers to bring you the lowest shipping rates possible! These low rates are based on the products you purchased and where you are located. To find out the shipping fee for outside the state of California, contact us by email. This is valid for delivery anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other areas that might require special shipping requirements.
Note: All prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, there is a 150 sq ft minimum purchase for all products.
Delivery Time
Once your order is submitted, we need 1 to 3 business days to properly process the order. After the order is processed, it's then picked up by our freight carriers. Standard time in transit is 7 to 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after the order ships.
How We Deliver
We use some of the largest and most well-respected carriers in the industry. Their rate of claims or damaged material is less than 1%. We use these companies to get you the absolute lowest freight rate on your order. You must have someone at the delivery location to help unload the order. Deliveries are "curb side". The driver's will not bring the material into your home. If you are handicapped or have no way of assisting the driver, please call us and we will explain the extra fee. The freight company will usually inform you the date of delivery, and a time window which should be a two to six hour time span. Whoever is accepting the delivery must inspect it.
You cannot sign the paperwork and let the driver leave until the order has been thoroughly inspected. If there is any damaged material, it must be noted on the paperwork and retained in order for us to issue replacement product. We are referring to damage by the trucking company, not manufacturer defects. If there is any damaged material, we will reship your replacement for this product, as long as it was noted in the paperwork. And anything you are requesting to be replaced cannot be used and be retained until we have filed a claim for the replacement cost.

California Fast Floors currently offers a 30-day, money back program, however, most manufacturers charge a restocking fee; depending on your particular order issue your restock fee may be more or less so please contact our customer service specialists for details. All special, custom order items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
All approved returns or exchanges must be in the original packaging, unused and will be granted a Return Authorization Number that must be written boldly on the front of the returning package.
All shipping costs for approved returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
